Welcome to KINTARI BEAUTY GROUP LLC (“Kintari,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile experiences, and related services (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, creating an account, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility & Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account.
If you use the Site on behalf of an entity, you confirm you are authorized to bind that entity.

Product details, availability, and prices may change without notice.
We may limit or refuse orders, including those suspected to be fraudulent or for resale.

Promotions, discount codes, gift cards, loyalty perks, kits, and samples may carry additional terms.

7) Subscriptions / Auto-Replenish (if applicable)

Enrolling authorizes recurring charges until canceled.
Manage or cancel in your account before the next billing date.

8) User Content (Reviews, Photos, Social Tags)

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant Kintari a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in any media, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful content.
We reserve the right to remove User Content at our discretion.

9) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
a) Interfere with Site security or access controls.
b) Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission.
c) Reverse-engineer the Site.
d) Violate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
e) Use the Site for illegal activity.

10) Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, images, logos, product names, designs, software) is owned by or licensed to Kintari.
Except for using the Site as intended, no rights are granted.

13) Warranty Disclaimer

14) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KINTARI AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kintari and its affiliates from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

16) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
Arbitration & Class Waiver (if applicable): Except for small-claims matters, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class and representative actions are waived.
You may opt out within 30 days of first acceptance by emailing legal@kintaribeauty.com with subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out.”

17) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new Effective Date.
Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
